Aaron George

Director

Aaron George is a Commonwealth Cambridge Scholar, holds Masters in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge and BTech in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum. He specialised in Entrepreneurial Science and Innovation Policy. Aaron helps research organisations and universities to improve their economic contribution to the society and assists small medium sized enterprises in developing open innovation strategies. Aaron is a co-founder of the International Centre for Technological Innovations and serves as Director since 2012. He has also helped in creation of technology spin-off companies and producer organisations.

Prior to joining the International Centre for Technological Innovations he worked for The Royal Bank of Scotland, in London. He has served as, Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and Imperial Innovations India (Imperial College London). He was nominated by Ernst & Young and selected for UK Trade and Investment – UK Govt.’s Global Partnership Programme among 100 Indian innovators with strong technology development potential. He is recipient of several awards and research grants from governments and organisations in India and abroad. His works are profiled on The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal (Mint), Economic Times, Khaleej Times, et al.
